Are you an emerging creative who identifies as being disabled, living with disability and/or neurodivergent, and interested in directing, choreography or vocal coaching/music direction?

Now in its second year, the program supports emerging creatives who identify as living with disability/disabled and/or neurodivergent, and are interested in developing their skills in directing, choreography or vocal coaching/music direction.

​

Over five weeks, mentees will have the opportunity to shadow their own experienced industry creative mentor in the rehearsal room, gain practical insight into their role and creative process, and receive additional support from our Creative Mentorship Advisor, Doron Chester and Stars and the Moon’s Artistic Director, Lauren McKenna.

 

The program includes:​

🌟 5 x 90-minute studio rehearsal sessions shadowing your mentor
🎭 Weekly one-on-one mentor check-ins
💬 Creative development and advisor support
🤝 A halfway group forum with fellow mentees
🎟️ A ticket to the Stars and the Moon Showcase November 22
💭 A final group debrief and Q&A

We created this program because we believe the next generation of disabled and neurodivergent creatives deserve meaningful opportunities to develop their skills, build confidence and gain industry experience.
